In our sessions, we move past the basic advice of "buy a planner." We look at how ADHD actually affects your life, your relationships, and your self-esteem.

I use a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you:

  • Manage the "Mental Load": Develop tangible strategies for organization and task-initiation that actually work for your brain.

  • Handle Emotional Regulation: Learn how to navigate the "big feelings" and rejection sensitivity that often come with ADHD.

  • Build Authenticity: Move away from "masking" and toward a life where you feel supported and in control.

I have my own personal experience navigating ADHD, so I know firsthand that reaching out can feel daunting. I offer a foundation of empathy and a space where you can be accepted just as you are.

I also know that life in the Okanagan is busy. To help you fit support into your schedule, I offer weekend and evening therapy sessions in Kelowna:

  • Saturdays & Sundays: 9am – 3pm

  • Mondays & Tuesdays: 12pm – 6pm
